Our Customer service policy

Our aim is to ensure that our customers are always satisfied, so to that end we  endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Returns

Our policy return period is 7 days, however the company may make exceptions in your favour at its discretion.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as food and flowers and other items that have expired or that are within one month of expiration. We also do not accept intimate products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

* Newspapers and magazines
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you as to whether or not your refund is approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or a check will be prepared for you. The refund processing period is 7 business days after receipt of the returned item.

Refunds are permissible but not guaranteed on these items:

* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

We only exchange items that have undeclared defects or damages. Item may be exchanged for the same or similar item, or for credit towards the purchase of another item.

At this time, only the purchaser can benefit from a refund or exchange.

Shipping

Please bear in mind that will be responsible for paying the non-refundable shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot guarantee when you will receive the replacement item once it has been shipped, as this depends on the courier or delivery service used.
